I absolutely love Sea Country Dental. Me and my family have been coming here for years, and every single experience has been amazing. You can really feel the sense of community the moment you walk in. Dr. Mo is truly an incredible dentist — so kind, patient, and attentive. I get really anxious with shots, and she always takes the time to check in with me, make sure I’m comfortable, and ease my anxiety. It makes such a huge difference and really shows how much she genuinely cares about her patients. The ladies at the front desk are also the sweetest — funny, warm, and so welcoming. They instantly lift my mood as soon as I walk in and always make me feel comfortable. This office feels like a safe, happy place, not just a dentist. I couldn’t recommend Sea Country Dental enough!!

This place was a complete disappointment. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, and the actual visit lasted barely 20 minutes and half of that time the assistant was struggling to take X-rays, hurting my mouth in the process. The dentist who couldn’t even distinguish a cavity from side effects of medication honestly made me question the entire clinic’s professionalism. It was almost laughable. On top of that, it seems like they recommend a $450 “deep cleaning” to every single patient, claiming there are “serious oral issues,” which feels more like a money-making tactic than real medical care. The equipment is outdated, the service is poor, and the experience overall was terrible. If you’re looking for quality treatment and real professionalism, this is definitely not the place.

I will just start off by saying this rating has nothing to do with the doctors but for one specific hygienist who was absolutely horrible. Her name is Tarlan. She scammed me in trying to telling me I needed a deep cleaning and had to pay $450 for what I thought I was walking into my regular 6 month cleaning for. I refused the service because I take great care of my teeth and knew something was off. She made comments about my teeth that was untrue “ you have so much decay the images are 3D” I knew she was wrong but also that’s an insane comment to make to a client. She then said well let’s at least do your gum evaluation while you’re here. When I tell you she violently scraped my gum with no remorse I was SHOOK. I was so upset I didn’t even look at her to say thank you with her passive aggressive petty smirk. I left and called the front desk to complain, I was so angry with my service I told them I’m not coming back and that diagnosis was BS. Front desk told me she failed to mention I could have come in for a regular shift teeth cleaning 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 which was the entire point of my appt. I was mad but rescheduled. Sandra or Susana I don’t remember her name but bless her she was amazing and what did she tell me???? I didn’t need a deep teeth cleaning and that my teeth looked completely fine. Tarlan was an absolute piece of work. I’ll never go back to her when going to sea country dental and really think management should look into her customer experience experience because that was hands down the worst dental experience i hope I ever have.
